Returns & Exchanges Policy
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on standard non-personalised prints, as long as they are:
– returned within 30 days of receipt
– returned in pristine condition
– returned in their original packaging
*Please note: we are unable to process exchanges for personalised items*
*Please note: exchange postage is to be paid by the customer*
Refunds
We are able to process refunds under the following circumstances:
– we have provided you with a faulty item
– we have sent you the wrong item
– you have changed your mind and are within the required eligibility period for refunds
In order for us to successfully process refunds, items must meet all of the following criteria:
– items are returned within 30 days of receipt
– items are returned in pristine condition
– items are returned in their original packaging
– items are not personalised
The full item value will be refunded within 5 working days of us receiving the item.
*Please note: we are unable to process refunds for personalised items*
*Please note: refund postage is to be paid by the customer, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect item*
